Refund and Returns Policy
At Strxhop, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Cancellation Policy :-
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, please contact us at business.strxhop24@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details.
Return & Exchange Policy :-
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, only if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition & packaging.
• The tags and labels are intact. - Returns are not accepted for items that are:
• Worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• On sale or marked as non-returnable.
Refund Policy :-
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
• If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, as per your preference.
• Refunds are not applicable on shipping charges (if any), unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product.
• In case of an exchange, no refund will be provided unless the exchanged item is also returned.
How to Request a Return/Exchange?

- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.
(Shipping charges may be non-refundable in some cases.)
